Our Company

        Sage Solutions for Fiduciaries, LLC [SSF] was conceived by Attorney Dennis K. Sage who retired from the active practice of law in 2011 after 44 years of experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration.  

        The principal owner/employee of the company is Mary P. Sage. She worked as a legal assistant in a law firm providing legal services to fiduciaries. She is familiar with the needs and responsibilities of the fiduciary in probate and trust administration. She brings that knowledge with her when assisting the fiduciary in creating an inventory, obtaining valuations and the general management of the tangible personal property.

        While Dennis as the manager of the company will not be practicing law or giving legal advice, his experience will be helpful to the fiduciary handling the probate, trust or quardianship administration.  All legal advice must come from the attorney.

        The idea for the company and its services is the result of real life experiences.  Dennis realized fiduciaries often needed help to complete the tasks they were required to accomplish.  They needed help organizing, sorting, itemizing and gathering information needed to prepare the inventory.  They needed help managing, valuing and disposing of the various items of personal property.  Many needed help to preserve and maintain the real estate.  Others need help to control the access to the real estate so they can avoid traveling significant distances or using work time, vacation time or personal family time. 

        Our goal is to reduce the manual labor, stress and time constraints associated with being a fiduciary.  Using Sage Solutions for Fiduciaries is a wise choice.
