- Arrange for and be present at home inspection.
- Arrange and obtain written estimates for all needed major repairs with a transferable guaranty to allow escrow of funds for needed repairs.

- Arrange for removal of carpeting or other items needed to be removed.
- Oversee installation of new carpeting or other flooring, if desired.
